Our pricing is tailored to your event’s unique needs. Whether you’re looking for partial or full-service planning, we’ll walk you through a transparent proposal that outlines all costs no hidden fees. A retainer is required to reserve your date, and flexible payment options are available. We also offer custom décor and design enhancements at an additional cost to elevate your experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Grandeur Moments Event Design & Curation, our process is designed to be seamless, collaborative, and stress-free from the very first conversation. Discovery Call: We begin with a complimentary consultation to learn more about your event vision, style, and priorities. This helps us understand how we can best bring your ideas to life. Customized Proposal: After our call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining your package options, services, and estimated costs — no hidden fees, just full transparency. Design & Planning: Once your date is secured, we create a personalized planning roadmap that includes timelines, vendor coordination, and design concepts. You’ll be guided through every step with regular updates and check-ins. Event Execution: On your event day, our team manages all logistics, design details, and vendor communication — allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in the experience. From start to finish, our goal is to make you feel supported, confident, and excited to see your Grandeur Moment come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is rooted in hospitality, event planning, and project management, giving me a well-rounded foundation for creating seamless and elevated experiences. I’ve spent years working with luxury hotel brands such as Omni Hotels & Resorts and Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, where I managed events from conception to completion — including weddings, corporate meetings, galas, and social celebrations. I’m also currently pursuing my Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, a globally recognized certification that emphasizes excellence in event strategy, logistics, and client experience. This combination of hands-on experience and professional training allows Grandeur Moments to deliver both the artistry and precision that every well-executed event deserves.
