- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is simple and straightforward, as a photographer's pricing should be. Pricing varies and is dependent upon needed time, location, and length of sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key! We love connecting with our clients with a pre-session consultation. It is vital to set a tone of respect and performance expectations. During the consultation, we discuss locations, outfits, vision, and the process from start to finish. Doing so will help to eliminate any misunderstandings or miscommunications. The goal is to meet the client's needs whether he or she is new or an existing client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, we are member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA). In early 2000, our photography journey started by enrolling in a course of study, which led to additional workshops and seminars to learn as much as possible over the years. Subsequently, I taught photography and journalism in high school, whereby I garnered more techniques to share with my students, plus I learned some cool techniques from my students! There's always more to learn and with the photography industry being so dynamic, one must stay abreast of the latest technology.
