I would like to attend HELMS college and receive my Chef degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was laid off my job in the mortgage industry and several co-workers ask if I could still provide meals for their office meetings. This is how I started.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Office Meetings; special event parties. Special diets cooking for the elderly preparing and delivering meals to someone who cannot get out of the house for a hot balanced meal.
