Brandon was professional and explained pros and cons of every aspect of. The maintenance. While other were quick to say I needed a replacement tank, Brandon ultimately recommended that I hold on to the tank and plan to replace it with a quality tank in 2025. I appreciated the candor and honesty. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Brandon

11.03.23. Brandon arrived at my home as expected and began diligently working on my 2004 gas/electric fireplace for almost 4 hours. With each passing hour various parts were discovered to be un-repairable and finally needing to replace a Honeywell part with a SIT part. Final total $800.00 which comes with a 1 year parts warranty and a 2 year service from Brandon; Brandon please remember to forward the receipt for my files.

I did a Home Inspection for first time buyers who did not live in state nor had they seen any pictures of the property. Due to the crazy Real Estate market here in GA they put in a blind bid and relied on my report to make their decision. It took me 3hrs and I inspected every inch of that home. My report helped them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
