What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we are in agreement on what you want me to accomplish, I will write out a contract. Once I've sent it to you and you have approved it, we will both sign it. Once that is done, I will acquire 50% of the agreed payment up front before I get to work. If for whatever reason you don't want to do the project any more, please email me an tell me so at anytime. But upon cancellation, you will still have to pay 20% of the other half of the down-payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of right now, freelancing IS my education. I am learning new things as I go.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common freelance work that I am asked to do is character design, illustration, and background design.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before you ask me for any work, please be sure that you have a solid budget and a clear vision in mind.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What I want my potential costumers to know is that I specialize in short animations, illustration, characters design, and background design. I also want you to know that I take great pride in what I do and will go above and beyond to give you nothing but the very best.
