FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My hourly rate for tutoring is $40/hr. Discounts are situationally available.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The most critical component with interacting with a new customer is the ability to listen. Every situation is different, so a skilled supplementary education professional must have an ability to listen to the needs and concerns of a new client, and adapt accordingly. Our job is to fill in the gaps that are not being filled by a one-size-fits-all educational system. The immediate course of action is a root cause analysis of any issues that are inhibiting each student from achieving his/her maximum potential. After the inhibitor of a student is identified, we help to create and implement a plan of action to get the student to be his/her best.
