Where to start! I feel like we've gained an outdoor landscaping partner for the long haul. We had a huge tree fall in our yard from our neighbors house this spring. (we live close to Virginia Highlands) It destroyed the front yard. We were looking to re-do the front flower beds anyway and then realized after this we needed an entirely new lawn. We got multiple quotes for a full sod restoration. (changed from fescue to Zoysia) Working with Nelson and his entire team at Legacy Outdoor Living was an absolute pleasure! It's rare to find a company that communicates well from start to finish in the landscaping business. Outdoor stuff does not always go as planned but Nelson did a good job being in constant contact as we dealt with the natural ebbs and flows of the calendar due to weather, etc. Nelson spent a lot of time with us on the front end of the project discussing vision, time frame, expectations, etc. He was quick on his quote turnaround and was sensitive to all of our requests, including budget. (Legacy is very reasonable and we feel were the best value out of all the quotes we got) - plus you get what you pay for and these guys are well worth it! We had them take out all the existing destroyed fescue, replace with Zoysia and also take out all of our old and dying trees, shrubs and plants in our plant beds lining the house. The new yard and plant beds look exceptional! One thing Nelson will really try to work hard on, is helping you build out a yard that looks great, but is also manageable for a person without a "green" thumb- My wife and I are now excited about taking care of our new lawn as opposed to being intimidated by all the previous work needed to tend to an "over planted" front yard. (prior owner's doing) We cannot wait to use Legacy later this year on the back yard project! Nacho is awesome as well! Great to work with! Sincerely, HK A happy "in-town" Atlanta customer!

Nelson was absolutely amazing from the moment he called me regarding our project. He clearly has a special vision and was able to help us rebuild our backyard from scrap. He was very professional, trusting and informative. He gave us ideas we’d never thought of and helped us with our strict budget. I wish i had the money to redo our entire yard with Nelson’s vision. He also is very prepared and goes above and beyond to show you the entire layout even down to the type of tree he plans to plant. We appreciated all of Nelson and legacy’s help. A++ in our book.

Nelson and his crew completely transformed our back yard and we could not have been more delighted by the process or the outcome. The Entire Legacy Crew were dedicated, hard working, polite and professional. The scope of the job included major concrete work, 2 retaining walls, sod installation, stone work, irrigation, in ground drainage and landscaping. All of this work was completed by Legacy in two short weeks. Nelson was "hands on" throughout the process and treated our job as if it were his own backyard. I can not say enough good things about our experience. Thank you Nelson and Legacy Outdoor Living for enhancing our home and for providing us with an outdoor space that we love are so very proud of.
