Decided to not drive home from a meeting with some friends at a bowling alley. Waked to my car and went to sleep in the drivers seat. Awoken by a paramedics / police officer and charged with DUI. No film, no tape, no breathalizer, no sobriety test.
Had recently had (an amputation) surgery and the medication etc put me in a dazed state (the reason I did not drive).
Due to some financial issues related to health I was unable to take it to a jury and did not want to risk my license on a public defender no matte how right I felt I was.
George stepped in and after some back and forth negotiated the complete dropping of the DUI charge and I plead to "reckless driving", (while sleeping no less) with very minimum conditions. My post court costs were minimum and I was more than pleased just to put this past due to some pending medical issues.
While I have not driven under the influence in 20 something years and don't plan on it in the next 20 plus I would highly recommend George's services. For any minor/major issue of this kind (or any traffic issue)
