Seasons for Change

Introduction: I'm passionate about being your hype crew or your real talk because let's face it: change is the only constant, but it can be painful, lonely, or feel impossible, especially when we're trying to become a different person. So as an Embodied Communication Coach, I'm here to join you wherever you are in developing your own authentic voice and whatever it is that voice has to say! And I've heard it all. I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and over a decade of experience in social work, mental health, and in education. My bicultural/bilingual experience as a CODA (Child of a Deaf Adult) deeply informs my perspective and I am fluent in American Sign Language. I've supported adolescents in rehab, marriages in crisis, and grandmothers in their final moments - and what I know is, every season of life is precious, important, and easier walked alongside someone who cares to listen and support you. And yes, that someone is me.
