FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are usually provided on a project basis (resumes, LinkedIN profiles and executive coaching have more structured pricing). My pricing may be higher than some others, but you know that you get what you pay for. As an example, you can throw away $1000 on a lower cost solution that doesnt work...or pay a professional say $1500 who really knows whats up to do the job. In the first case, youve lost $1000 plus the time and opportunity cost of gaining the value, and youve waited your money. The second case is obviously different...it may have cost more, but you gain rock-sold value you can build on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually "do diligence" and work to gain valuable input (before starting to take stray action)....and then move faster to execute, with higher quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time. Multiple certifications. Ongoing classes, meetings, workshops, self-study. Including the highest level of consulting training. Theres lots to keep up with!
