I hired this company to move me in January 2106. Almost all of my furniture was damaged/scratched/dented. Some of my furniture didn't even make it to the new house. My laptop that was provided to me by the company I work for was stolen. The people doing the move didn't appear to be physically able to move heavy pieces. Perhaps that's why there was so much damage. I would strongly advise AGAINST hiring this company!Feb 24, 2017Verified
I was supposed to have a move scheduled for today (August 31st). Initially I requested a 2 pm move time and it was confirmed on August 28th via text message. Yesterday I called to confirm that the move was still scheduled but I was told that it was scheduled for between 8 and 9 am and that someone would call in the morning when they were in route. Because the move was supposed to be so early in the morning, I picked up my new apartment keys 1 day early and paid 1 extra day's rent. I also paid to have my dog boarded at 7:30 this morning so that she would not interfere with the move. Shortly after 8 am, I received a phone call indicating that there was some discrepancy with the move time but was then told that they would be at my address between 9 and 10 am and that I would be contacted when they were in route. I called at 11 am because I had not heard from anyone so I left a voice mail message asking for an update. I sent a text at 11:16 am asking if they were coming. I called again at 2 pm and received no answer. This experience was a complete waste of time and money...not to mention my lack of sleep last night.Aug 31, 2012Verified
