Personal Chef

Chef Trey was absolutely amazing. Together we came up with the perfect menu for my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner. He was very detailed with what he had to offer and definitely followed through and exceeded all expectations! The food was the best we'd ever had! The experience was worth every penny. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal chef!

This was my first time ever booking a Personal Chef. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Trey made this the most pleasant experience and I was completely satisfied from start to finish. We booked Chef Trey for an all Girls Weekend Birthday Celebration and he was awesome. He’s professional, courteous and was observant to our needs. He cooked our five course dinner from scratch and the food was delicious. The flavors become more intense with each course. He served us our appetizers near the rooftop pool and catered to us like Queens. He left our kitchen impeccably clean and was a such a gentleman that he took our trash out. We’ll definitely going to book him again soon!

I got in touch with Chef Trey because I wanted to arrange a very special 50th birthday meal for my wife, who is a foodie. Chef Trey was amazing to work with from start to finish. He took the time to discuss every aspect of the menu and was very collaborative in terms of taking my input and incorporating it into an amazing 5-course tasting menu, including a fantastic chocolate dessert experience. One the day of the meal, he arrived several hours in advance to prep the dinner. His skills as a chef are outstanding, as my wife enjoyed the favors he carefully combined in each course. He also did an amazing job of pairing three wines with the meal. During the meal, he described each course and connected with us over our shared love of food and flavors. He crafted beautiful plates that were wonderful to experience. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I consider myself to be very affordable, and I reward customers that refer me to new customers.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When a customer contacts me, they will work with me to customize a menu. Once all of the details are ironed out, a client service agreement is sent to the customer via e-mail. Once reviewed by the customer and approved, a non refundable deposit is due, and the remainder of the fee is due on the day of the event. For clients with ongoing services, like personal chef service, the fee is charged weekly, and is due 48 hours prior to the appointment day each week.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a degree in culinary arts, and food service management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada.
