FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think it is important to thoroughly discuss the legal issues which you face and to obtain an understanding from the attorney on how he would approach them. I would also ask the attorney if he is in good standing with the state bar, has ever been disciplined by the bar, if he has handled these types of cases previously, if he has legal malpractice insurance and if he has testimonials or recommendations from prior clients. In addition, I would ask the attorney if he is rated by Martindale-Hubbell and, if so, what is his or her rating. In the end, a person must decide if they are comfortable with the attorney after thoroughly discussing their legal issues with him or her.
