A.J is an exceptional trainer, he's been my trainer since Dec 2014. I've lost so much weight and my confidence has jump up 10 notches. His professionalism and determination to help me meet my goals has given me the drive to continue pushing myself and not to give up because he believes in me and wants me to meet my goals. I have so much respect for him, he's truly shown me what a real trainer is all about. He really cares and wants me to be happy with myself and my results. I have been training with AJ for just over a year and am very happy with my results. We had a logic work to do because I have always been a runner and wanted to build muscle mass with more definition. AJ pushes me during our sessions and can always tell when I slip with my diet. He is well versed with training tactics to get the most out of the workouts and can guide you to maintain a good diet....

AJ is very knowledgeable trainer and has some impressive certifications. He trains me according to my fitness level and pushes me too. Also a really nice guy. I recommend him!
