- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Below are base prices for different types of events. All rates include the cost of food, drink + labor: *Public or Private Event Buffet (parties, social events, meetings, etc.): up to 10 attendees = $300. 10-20 attendees = $400. 21-30 attendees = $500. 31-40 attendees = $600. *Public or Private Event Passed Hors d'oeuvre Service (parties, social events, meetings, etc.): up to 20 attendees = $400. 10-30 attendees = $500. 31-50 attendees = $600. 51-70 attendees = $700. *Private Dinner Party with Private Chef: 2 guests = $175. 3-4 guests = $65/head. 5-8 guests = $70/head. 9-10 guests = $75/head. *Bartending: Tips allowed = $50/hour + the cost of alcohol. No tips allowed = $75/hour + the cost of alcohol.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start with a sample food and drink menu, pulling from any pre info available. Discussing the full scope of the event or job, we'd exchange ideas on what's needed from each of us in order for everything to turn out successfully. Decide on a final menu. And as always, get the job done!
