What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Animation Express offers competitive pricing relative to industry standards. We have an in-house development team and do not outsource our work. This enables our firm to ensure the costs remain fair to clientele.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client is onboarded, a project manager reaches out to introduce him- or herself and also to schedule an initial briefing call. The PM also requests the client to complete a simple brief form. During the call, the PM and client go through the information provided in the brief document. The next phase is the scripting and visual direction. Once this has been established, we proceed ahead to the character introductions, followed by the storyboard, audio (voice over, sound effects and background music) and finally the HD animation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has expertise in a diverse range of fields which are pertinent to the animation process, including scripting/messaging, illustration (characters, environments, objects, etc.), storyboard talent, voice over personnel and animators. Our personnel are well versed in the up-to-date software to ensure the most optimal final output.
