I just had a great experience with Big Daddy Plumbing and wanted to give special recognition to Brendan for his immediate response and courteous customer service. He arrived on schedule, was very professional, and quickly located the issue I'd been calling aboutsomething multiple other plumbers were not competent to do. In the past, I've even had plumbers provide a quote without properly diagnosing the problem, but Brendan took the time to diagnose thoroughly and explain everything clearly. His quote was also very reasonable and affordable. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and speed of work. We received an extremely large water bill, and we contacted Big Daddy Plumbing (which had been recommended to us) to determine if we had any leaks. Brendan arrived at our house within an hour of calling this company, and he was extremely thorough, professional, and pleasant. He observed each of our 2 separate water meters several times to determine if they were spinning. He also tested all of our 6 toilets for a water leak, and found a hose bib in our front yard that is completely hidden by a set of large bushes that had water dripping from it. He turned the water off to the hose bib from inside of the house, as we never use that hose bib, and he provided us with an estimate for a new hose bib, and for a new turn ball valve in the house. He spent a substantial amount of time helping us identify, and rectify, this issue. We highly recommend this company, and Brendan, and we would definitely use both of them again!
