If I could provide the two young men who came out from the company to move me with 1,000 stars I surely would. I needed to be out of my townhouse by 4/14
due to the contractual agreement. I was practically misguided by a different moving company that came out on 4/13.
Flex overcharged me, broke a few items and left one of the rooms completely unmoved. I didn't know what I was going to do. I came across these two young men they took the time to de-escalate my concerns, let me know things would be fine, they would be there to help me complete the remainder of the move at very fair affordable price on 4/14. They were such blessing. My entire family has been very pleased and has continuously communicated with me to pass along the review.
