- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we charge a flat rate of $80 per month for management of all single family condo units with a flat rate leasing fee of $1000. For single family houses we charge 10% of the rent for management and the first months rent as a leasing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We go through a detailed interview to make sure we can align our service to meet the goals of our owners. This is done by a initial conference call then a site visit and follow up call to on-board them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently a Certified Residential Management Professional via the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as a Certified Property Management Candidate through Institute of Real Estate Management and I have recently completed course work to obtain my Master Property Manager designation via the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well.
