I brought a subwoofer in for repair to this shop on the recommendation of an AV person that works at the Magnolia Home Theater center at Best Buy. I was charged $50 to diagnose the problem and was told I would be contacted, that their normal turn-around time was two weeks. Two weeks later I called and was told there were AV techs out due to illness and it was taking a little longer than usual but it would be on the bench the next week. A week later I emailed and was told it was in the bench and being worked on. Two weeks later I called and was told it was still being worked on. A week after that I emailed and said I would pick the sub up a week later, finished or not. The upshot of this story is these so-called specialists had my subwoofer 51 days, charged me $50, never contacted me as I initiated all the contact, and did not fix my subwoofer. Not only that, when I asked what was wrong with it, they could tell me nothing. All I have to say is that you have been warned. It's not just that they charged me and didn't fix my subwoofer. It's their lack of communication and extremely communication with their clients. Never, never again!

Audio Lab (Gordon) is my place to do business. It's a drive to get there but all the other music/repair/sales do not stand close to the audio lab of Georgia. They are the best. End of conversation. Thank you.
