They were very polite, prompt, understood and followed directions exactly. Their detail work is excellent and yard looks amazing. I intend to use them again and would recommend them.Oct 22, 2017Arnold A.'s reply
Thank you so much for taking time to review me on Thumbtack. I really appreciate the work because it's what I love doing. Thanks again!
Arnold has been taking care of my landscaping needs for the past 5 years Great job, always calls to let me know when he's coming, and very reasonable on rates Even with add on requests.Oct 14, 2017Verified
Great work! Love the way our lawn looks! We will definitely be hiring him again when we need more lawn work!Aug 31, 2017Verified
Arnold is one of the best landscapers I have found in the ATL. He is dedicated to his work and shows the highest level of professionalism. He is also reasonably priced for the work he performs and is friendly and courteous. I only wish that I could have him for working on the new home I moved into but it is outside of his working area. You can't go wrong hiring this guy, as someone that has performed lawn maintenance myself I was really impressed with his work. I consider Arnold more of a friend than a landscaper and my wife and I miss him very much. ARNOLD YOUR AWESOME!!!Oct 14, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I take into account the terrain and what equipment is needed for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Letting them know what's included in the lawn care service. Pointing out things that may need attention like overgrown and#or deserved plants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have learned from managers in the business and study landscape books. I attend landscape seminars and have a subscription to Lawn Care magazines to stay current on the industry.
