What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a mount $95. need a tilt mount with installation it's $40 . need rotation mount with installation it's $65. Run wires inside the wall is $35 charge per tv. Wire coverings are included with every install at no additional cost .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them questions about their project. Listen to make sure I understand what their goal is and give them great service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former ADT installer for 6 yrs and has been tv mounting for 5 yrs. worked for Kirby Vacuum Company for 13 yrs
