Introduction: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! NO TIRE KICKERS! PLEASE DON’T TRY TO BOOK FOR DAY OF OR DAY AFTER! Hello my name is Lee. I’m relocating to the Atlanta area, in hopes to build my clientele up as I had back home. The most important thing about me is I’m honest and straightforward, I’m not looking to give you the run around. As much as I love gaining new clientele, I appreciate retaining old ones. Any job I do, I take pride in it. You just never know what kind of opportunities will come behind that. My main focus is the quality in my jobs, over the quantity. The customer has to be satisfied before I leave. My very first job was a hardware store, so I learned my way around plumbing and electrical early. Even before then at an early age I found myself fixing things. My services include, but not limited to Audio/Visual installation such as mounting TVs, projectors, surround sound and more. Minor electrical like replacing switches, plugs, installing fixtures and fans. I also specialize in installing security systems. My drywall skills are top notch, as well as installing doors. My current profession is low voltage. Capable of installing devices to make your home smarter.

Electrical and Wiring Repair

I was in need of a handy guy to put two ceiling fans up and after being ghosted the 1st time I tried thumb Tack I was very hesitant. Lee responded to my request, he was easy to talk to, very professional and wanted to make sure with every step I would be satisfied and I was! Lee did not rush and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend his services and will use him in the future for other handy projects.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is a base price. Considering Atlanta is so big. I have to account for fuel and service charge from Thumbtack. I am always willing to give discounts to senior citizens over 60 as well as veterans, teachers, and health care professionals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Trying to get an understanding of what the customer wants. The more information, the better. Please be upfront.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My very first job out of high school was a hardware store back in Memphis. I learned a lot from the old man who owned the place, but even more from the customers. They would come in and explain what this part was, what it did. I just soaked it up. I was always curious how things worked. At an early age I would take my toys apart just to put em back together.
