Ms. Young was a bright light during a dark time. I was in a bad situation with a bad person and unable to afford a divorce attorney and Ms. Young made it possible for me to detach myself and my children from what I thought would be my living hell. The documents that she prepared were all done perfectly and there were never any issues with the court accepting the filings. She was able to provide me with a packet that explained to me what the documents were, why they were needed, and how to file them. Without providing my personal info, I have attached a portion of the packet. There were no typos, great punctuality, and a very caring, dear, person. I certainly recommend her, always!

Stacy really saved me and my fiancé! We had an extremely short amount of time to get our paperwork done correctly and turned in to the courthouse. She had a LOT of information to review in a short amount of time, and she came through for us! I highly recommend her services!! Thank you, Stacy!
**UPDATE: After working with Stacy for a couple of months, I am very disappointed with her lack of communication and explanation of invoices when asked. I have been ignored for over a month because I haven't paid invoices that I have asked for clarification on and haven't gotten. I have paid her more than I would have paid to a lawyer for a retainer. Her behavior with poor communication skills, lack of updates, lack of any kind of updated paperwork that she's working on, and lack of caring to understand what I'm trying to communicate to her has been appalling. She is polite to speak with, but don't be fooled. More money is all I keep hearing. I am beyond disappointed, and our deadline is almost here. I'm now having to do this all on my own because Stacy could not deliver on paperwork I have already paid for and have not received. I RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER PERSON FOR YOUR NEEDS! STACY IS UNRELIABLE.

It is disappointing to see that you've described me as unreliable and overcharging. Throughout our professional relationship, I maintained clear communication and transparency regarding my services and fees. When additional services were requested, I promptly invoiced you for the work completed and consistently reiterated that I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or services beyond my capabilities. These terms were explicitly outlined in our initial agreement and emphasized in all our communications.
I must also address the challenges posed by your fiance's behavior. As previously discussed, his attitude since the accident has created significant disruptions. Despite my efforts to provide professional assistance, I encountered repeated instances of disrespect and hostility, which severely hindered our ability to work effectively. During a recorded phone call, I explicitly communicated to your fiance that his behavior was unacceptable and that continued hostility would lead to termination of our professional relationship.
Due to the hostile nature of subsequent communications and the lack of payment for services rendered, I made the decision to suspend further work until a more respectful and professional environment could be established. While I understand the financial strain this situation may cause, it is essential to recognize that professional services are not provided free of charge, and invoicing for additional services was clearly stipulated in our initial agreement.
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect is crucial to me in all professional engagements. I take pride in delivering quality service and ensuring transparency throughout our collaboration.

Says consult is free. Then, tries to bully a Zelle payment. Emails me with different picture and different name demanding payment and suggesting I am drafting documents from her suggesting forms of document I can file within the court system. Will not be bullied to use your services.

I'M SORRY BUT THE CONSULTATION PART WAS WHEN I SAID I WAS NOT AN ATTORNEY AND COULD NOT GIVE OUT LEGAL ADVICE AND YOU EXPLAINED WHAT YOU NEEDED AND I SAID I COULD HELP. THAT PART CONCLUDED THE CONSULTATION. WHEN YOU PROGRESS INTO SERVICE AGREEMENTS AND PROVIDING SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR TASK AT HAND, THAT IS RECIEPT OF SERVICES, THAT YOU RAN OFF WITH. MY FAULT FOR HAVING GOOD FAITH. FROM NOW ON, NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE GIVEN TO ANYONE UNTIL AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.
