- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The speeches are $95 a piece, but I do a package of four for $295....with three of them being for 60 seconds, and one for 30 seconds. But Length is not important. The sales training is flat rate, per the course, nothing is done on an hourly basis., but I can set that up if desired
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An interview over coffee (typically at starbucks), or over the phone. From the answers I receive, and ideas I get, I actually write out, and time out the speeches, AND create memorable taglines to end them with!. There is also an interview for the sales part as well.....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent over 20 years in b to b outside sales, and completed numerous sales courses such as SPIN, Miller-Heiman, Strategic Selling, Selling to VITO, and 7 steps. My writing developed after many years of attending networking events & being apart of BNI. My inspiration was seeing my sales training clients struggle with their speeches at networking events, and offering help. From which I discovered my writing talent!
