Sally has run our marketing since joining the team late in 2014. She had to very quickly get up to speed with a new industry to her (real estate & mortgages) and understand now only the consumer challenge but the industry challenge.
Sally was able to work standalone on detailed long form pieces of writing that had to balance insights, facts and empathy for the reader. These evergreen articles were very well received and helped us to launch a new product.
Sally works well when given some structure and direction, with semi-regular check-ins and reasonable to tight deadlines.
