As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I offer customized one-on-one yoga lessons for individual students and groups. I have studied internationally with some of the finest teachers there are, working for years build my unique, informed, and powerful style of teaching and practice. I specialize in working with individuals and groups who seek an all-inclusive deep-dive into the world of yoga: mental, physical, and spiritual. A healthy and growth-oriented group (or planet!) starts with each individual, and the ripple works its way outward. In much the same way, each of my lessons builds upon the last, rippling outward to create lasting change in the body and mind. Lesson plans are holistically and thoughtfully customized, with the specific intentions and goals of you or your group at the forefront. Whether you enjoy a class pass with me or opt for an introductory class, you will be learning and practicing principles which build upon one another to create a harmony you can feel. Imagine a world where we prioritize inner health and harmony, practice love and acceptance, and give ourselves and each other the gift of daring to maximize our potential....what a place! When we practice and share yoga, we give ourselves permission to begin to live in a world which hasn't arrived yet. My offerings include: -Restorative Yin -Breath work -Meditative Nidra -Traditional Hatha -Fiery Vinyasa -Heart-Opening Anusara -Kundalini Yoga -Cacao + Tea Ceremony Each session runs 60-75 minutes, and includes detailed instruction, deep guided meditation and a customized and ever-evolving itinerary. Committing to one style, or incorporating various elements at your request, it is my mission to create an immersive and healing experience that is true to your needs and one-of-a-kind. Currently, lessons are given both in-person and via ZOOM. Pricing for a ZOOM session is $50. Pricing for an in-person private session is $70. Class passes and packages are available for individuals and groups. For in-person classes, social distancing measures are dictated by students' comfort levels & needs.
