What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conduct a measure and evaluate cost. The measure is a must, all cases need to be measured by a pro. If not this could result in purchasing the wrong size. Confirm what style the customer wants to go with and let the customer know all the options that come with the new items, ex:wood, vinyl, etc. Next we would go onto arrival time, if the item needs to be ordered and timing for the install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by professional door installers, I have been installing doors with Home Depot for over 3 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started installing doors with Home Depot and developed my skills into a pro installer
