Our guest bath did not have a ceiling light or a bathroom vent and he installed a new one for us in under an hour and cleaned up after himself. A couple days later I thought something was wrong and he came out free of charge and explained everything for me. Very professional, compassionate and personable. Would definitely hire again.

Terrance communicated professionally in a timely manner, provided an estimate and deliver within said estimate. There was a delay in material delivery due to weather, which was outside of his control, but otherwise the experience was fast and easy from start to finish. I recommend him for any and all general house repairs, our sink replacement was flawless.
