First of all the lady who came did not speak hardly any english. If you provide a service to the public you should speak the same language. I asked fora deep cleaning. I also asked for inside windows. These were left streaked from what looks like a dirty rag. Also the hardwood floors were really streaked. Looks like she didn't rinse. She was here for 3 hours and I think she was ready to leave.
