- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest. I run a for-profit business, not charity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or meet in person to discuss the scope of work to be done and set expectations. Later, an estimate with everything explained and broken down is usually emailed to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of experience. Member of PWRA. I immerse myself in everything pressure washing related, so as to always stay on top of the newest and best methods and products.
