FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe a quality home inspection should be thorough and affordable. My pricing is based on the size and type of property, so every client gets a fair and straightforward price with no surprises. I’m not looking to rush through as many inspections as possible—I want to provide real value, take my time, and make sure you feel confident about your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple and personal. I start by learning a little about the home and any concerns my client may have. During the inspection, I take my time and look at the home as if I were buying it myself. Afterward, I walk through the important findings, answer questions, and make sure my client understands the report. My goal is for every client to leave the process feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about their decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Professional Inspector with formal home inspection training and years of hands-on experience working in and around homes. My inspection background in the pest control industry has given me extensive experience identifying moisture, structural, termite, rodent, and other conditions that can affect a home, while my degree and background in education have taught me how to communicate clearly, listen, and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand—skills that help me provide great customer service and make the inspection process less overwhelming.
