After sending my initial request, Mark responded very quickly and offered to meet me after work to provide a quote to remove three trees and grind away the stumps and juniper ground cover. We agreed on a price, and he completed the job the very next day while I was at work. When I got home, I realized that quite a bit of juniper debris was still present. After calling, Mark offered to return the next day to make it right. To me, that speaks volumes! He is an honest guy who stands by his work and will make things right. I highly recommend him for your tree and stump grinding needs. He is fair, honest, and ethical.

Mark arrived when he said he would, took care of the stump in about 10 minutes. He ground the stump low enough I was able to cover the area up with dirt and you could never tell a tree was there. He even cleaned up the area after he was done. Also best price around. A+ experience and service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give my quotes onsite with my customers so you can be confident of the price and the service you're getting. For stump removal and grinding I have a standard minimum of 100.00. For tree trimming and removal I have a standard minimum of 300.00. I can also provide a full day service for tree removal which is a standard price as well. Depending on the number of trees you need to have removed, this can be a great value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to discuss your tree or stump removal needs with you directly so that you're sure to get the best value for what I can offer. Once you've got a quote for your trees or stumps, I can respond to your job quickly, usually in just a couple of days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience in this industry for trees and stumps, large and small. I've got the experience and equipment to ensure that your job is completed quickly, cleanly and professionally.
