- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer would come to our showroom, we would talk over all the options, they choose their product, pay for the product, if we are going to install for them, we will go out there the following Monday or Tuesday to measure their unit (unless it’s a single door, those are easy to measure and we will walk them through it), once we have measurements, the unit goes into production, we will have you scheduled within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started selling storm doors, then moved to install them, finally I decided to open up my store in 2008 and we have been here ever since.
