From start to finish, they exhibited professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring every aspect of the job was completed to perfection. Rafa displays a great attention to detail and will have workers come back to refine details. First and foremost, the communication throughout the entire process was good. Rafa listened attentively to my needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the final outcome. Rafa or his designer Cici were always available within 1-2 hours of texting them. Anytime I needed to save some money on additional expenses (such as shower glass panel or bathroom hardware), Rafa was very accommodating as I consulted him on the best options. The quality of workmanship displayed by Rafa’s Remodeling LLC exceeded my expectations. The bathroom remodel exceeded all aesthetic (beautifully installed tile) and functional requirements (fixed rotten joists under the bathroom), resulting in a space that is both beautiful and highly functional. Additionally, their expertise in foundation repair ensured that my home's entire structural integrity was restored using jacks. Around 1300 sqft in one day of work. In addition to their exemplary workmanship, I was also impressed by the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire team. They treated my home with the utmost respect, taking care to minimize disruptions and maintain a clean work environment throughout the duration of the project.
