- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always based on the scope of work — I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all quotes. I aim to stay competitive and fair, and I’m always transparent about materials, labor, and what’s included. No surprise fees. If you’re working within a budget, I’m happy to walk through options that fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a phone call or in-person estimate so we can go over your vision, budget, and timeline. From there, I’ll provide a clear estimate, and if we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule the work. Throughout the job, I keep communication open and make sure you’re informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in remodeling for years, learning the trade hands-on from experienced professionals and constantly staying up to date with new materials, tools, and techniques. Every project teaches something new, and I bring that knowledge to each job.
