After they came out to do the estimate, I had to reach out to them to get the quote. After attempting to make sure that the color in the quote was the same color we selected during the in-home estimate, they still showed up with the wrong color. Unfortunately, the color error wasn’t discovered until two rooms and a hallway were already installed. The installer packed up and went home and the office told me that he would be back the next day with the right color. Due to a late delivery, the install didn’t happen that day (day 2). The installer showed up the next day (the 3rd day) with the correct color. Because the installer had to remove the wrong carpet before beginning the installation of the correct carpet, he wasn’t able to complete the installation on the third day so he had to return on a fourth day to complete the installation. I think this company should tighten up their customer communication. I had to call for updates after waiting for hours past when I was told the installer would arrive. For all of the inconveniences, I was give a 5.5% discount. I’m satisfied with the carpet and the installer worked really hard to make sure I was satisfied. I would think long and hard before using this company again.

Flooring Cheap did a great job at my rental, installing carpet in two rooms and a staircase, at almost half the price of their competitors. My only remark would be that they have to improve communication with the client. They could not finish the job at the day it was schedule and that is fine, but they should have communicate it better with the client ahead of time.
