I booked Faye for an entire house cleaning week of needing services. My family was navigating a crisis and the home chores had piled up. Despite being close to the holidays she squeezed me into the schedule. She was easy to communicate with, very professional and arrived as promised. I was very ashamed of the condition of our home and Faye didn’t even bat an eye or leave me feeling embarrassed, she rolled up her sleeves and said it was no problem.
After showing her the space I had to leave and it was no problem. I returned and my house looked brand new. She was detailed and trustworthy. I was so glad to have found her services and will absolutely be a returning customer! Very satisfied.

Adyir Cleaning is awesome. The young lady Monique did a fantastic job. She really did a thorough and in-dept cleaning. She has a great personality, communicate easily and very friendly. My mom's house was spotless when she finished. I would recommend Adyir Cleaning to anyone in the market for a spotless house. Excellent Job!

Monique was an absolute pleasure! She is a wonderful person and her attention to detail cannot be beat! She was so incredibly thorough, she picked up on things that I wasn’t even thinking about. This is a move out clean so it was a long day and she was by herself, but she didn’t let that stop her from doing every last detail until the end. I cannot rave on her enough! We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, square footage, the number of rooms, if additional time is needed, or if other services are added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is quite simple. We gather the basic information, provide an estimate, schedule the appointment. Because an estimate is an approximate calculation or judgement of value, we keep the customer updated in every step of the cleaning process to not go over budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master’s in business. 5 years of experience in the hospitality & cleaning. 2 years as a housekeeper subcontractor.
