Any quote or estimate given on Thumbtack is subject to change for these reasons.. Estimates are based upon the criteria selected when a customer searches for a pro. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is the main one but a house may have the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms- however the square footage may be hundreds of feet in difference which would vary the cleaning times. But the estimated price would be basically the same because the number of rooms is the same- so if there's a significant difference in cleaning time due to the size of the area, a higher price can be expected. The website could use a little critiquing if you ask me- but I'm pretty sure the experts at Thumbtack aren't going to, lol.
