- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the amount of space your items take in the truck/trailer , weight, and disposal type. Construction debris and mattresses may have higher disposal fees. To avoid surprises, we ask for 2–3 photos before confirming a final price. The quote we provide from photos is the price you pay—no hidden fees. Discounts are available when we can combine multiple stops in the same area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Customer sends a brief description and photos 2.We provide a clear, upfront price 3.Schedule a date and arrival window 4.We handle all lifting, loading, and cleanup 5.Payment is collected after the job is complete Our goal is fast communication, on-time service, and no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience with residential cleanouts, construction debris removal, and safe material handling. We follow local disposal regulations and recycling practices to ensure items are handled responsibly. Background in remodeling, Large Demolition, property cleanups through our partner company EH Floors & Remodeling.
