I can't say enough about Kimberly and the quality staff at Taylor Admin Services. My mother recently passed away and I needed to get some very important documents notarized quickly because time was "of the essence." I reached out to several mobile notaries, but Taylor Admin Services responded right away, took care of the problem immediately, and charged a very fair price. When someone is going through a loss it is easy to get caught up in the million things it takes to settle an estate. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The mobile rate is $30 (up to 10 miles) $0.70 per mile outside of South Cobb Mileage is calculated on a "round trip" basis. Each additional signature is $5. Holidays is additional $20.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer schedules the appointment and the notary comes to them to notarize the documents. The customer can pay using the booking website or in person prior to any notary services being performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the NNA, background check and 25K E&O Insured.
