I called Taylor on a Sunday afternoon about needing a document notarized and by that evening she got it done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The mobile rate is $30 (up to 10 miles) $0.89 per mile outside of South Cobb Mileage is calculated on a "round trip" basis. Each additional signature is $5. From 6:00pm - 8:00pm weekends and holidays is additional $20.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically drive to their location, but if the customer would like to me we could do that too. During the call I ask for the clients name, number, address, and the time of the meeting. Once that is completed I repeat all the information back to make sure I have it correct.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the NNA, background check and 25K E&O Insured.
