He came to our house after 4pm. He took the time to drive back to Home Depot and secure an Insinkerator and come back to my house. He replaced the parts and on top of that he got the dishwasher drain cycle to empty it in the disposal. He was very easy to work with and appreciate him completing the work in timely manner. I’ll get him over anytime I need plumbing!

Ephraim was able to accommodate me on Monday to this inquiry on Saturday. He and I touched base via phone to discuss the items in greater detail. He was on time, extremely polite, and insisted he was there to get it all done. While doing the repairs he shared other concerns that would need to be repaired. Of course, not inexpensive but had to be done. He visited Lowe's, bought the necessary parts and completed the work without rushing though it did give him unfortunate idle time. I would definitely recommend him and use him again, Top Notch. I feel my house was in good hands and he was great to work on the project while I was able to get some chores done.

Service was awesome! He was very knowledgeable on the subject and was able to get the kitchen faucet installed after several failed attempts by others. I will definitely recommend using him for all your plumbing needs!!!

He was very professional and speedy. I sent a message this morning and he called me before 10am and was out to my house before -11:30. Needing supplies he went and picked up and completed the job. Ephraim is the type of guy, that once you work with him one time on a project "you have found your guy for all your future plumbing needs." Great guy, very professional, honest, up front about cost and the the Job. Goes above and beyond to make the job right. Replaced a sump waste pump and was relentless until the job was done. Quoted a labor price and stuck to it, even though he had to spend additional time the next day due to a part. No more searching for plumber for me again. I've found the right one now!
