I had a positive experience working with Randy for my daughter's wedding. From the initial consultation meeting to the wedding at our Church to the reception which was about 25 minutes away, Randy captured the scenes that mean so much to my family and I. I had additions and changes that I wanted after viewing the video on-line and Randy addressed each of my concerns with utmost respect and professionalism. Working with Genetix has been an amazing experience. I solicited Genetix to shoot a commercial thirty minutes before I needed him on location because another company that I selected on thumbtack cancelled ten minutes before he was due onsite. I was in full panic mode and Randy was able to accommodate my last minute request. He saved the day. Randy was professional, knowledgeable, and a great collaborator. He took my vision for the commercial and tweaked it to ensure that the final product was exactly as envisioned. During the editing process, Randy was very responsive. Regardless of when I reached out, he always answered my outreach in a timely fashion. While Randy could demand top dollar for his work, his prices are very reasonable. I'm looking forward to working with Randy at our next event. Randy is PHENOMENAL!!!

Yes, I have a standard price. Please contact me for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what are the clients looking for in the final project. I prefer the clients to choose the music they would like to hear in their film. The music they choose fits their personality. Clients are welcome to ask any question they may have. If a client wants or considering me for hire, I ask them to indicate that I am hired on thumbtack then trade email info to email a contract.
