Our dryer wasnt operating properly, so after some research we gave them a call. They came out later the same day and thank god they did, we were one step away from a fire with how much long had built up inside our dryer. Do not hesitate giving them a call. If you have an older appliance, a 20 year old dryer in my case, that has run perfectly and reliably until a few weeks ago. DON'T BUY THE NEW STUFF IT'S ALL 100% JUNK!!!. Call Big Sam Appliance Repair, they're fast, reasonably priced and know their stuff. I bet my fixed 20 year old dryer will last 20 more years and I saved $400 calling Big Sam Appliance Repair. Thanks Alex, you were awesome!

They came quickly. They know how to fix Samsung. It went smoothly, professionally, friendly. And I love that they covered their shoes before coming in. That was a real, plus to me that they Care. The control board broke on my 12 year-old Dryer Samsung and it is now fixed.. Thank you, Alex from big Sams.
