Needed a new light fixture hung to replace the existing light fixture - Hires PB Electrical - started off rocky with schedule conflict and a large arrival time arrange, but after talking to Porter, we were able to work out all issues and confusion, which made me satisfied - PB Electrical arrived and was very polite customer service savvy and considerate of my property and home - They listen to me as I advised them on how low I wanted my fixture - When I asked them to lower it they re-adjusted it with no complaints or issues - I would hire again, they r professional and did and amazing job - I’m pleased!

I didn’t end up hiring PB, but they were so responsive, friendly, and helpful when I reached out. They answered all of my questions and when they determined that my issues weren’t the right fit for their scope of work, they also gave me some advice on where to turn next. I really appreciate the professionalism and how communicative they are, even offering me advice despite not being able to hire them.
