Introduction: As an experienced video professional, who over the years has created compelling and engaging content for various Fortune 500 brands, advertising agencies, design boutiques and post production houses I wanted to create a company with the mission of making video more accessible to a wider range of clientele. 15th and Pine is a multi service creative video shop where the emphasis is on client service. Our mission is based on the belief that high quality video should not just be attainable to big corporations or brands. I hired 15th and Pine to do a promotional video for our creative writing nonprofit, and was extremely impressed. Before getting started, Basil Iskandrian took the time to fully understand our programs and operations so that he could help us tell our organization's story in the most effective way possible. He was genuinely and personally invested in our work and in the success of our project. Once we began shooting, Basil was a model of professionalism. Not only was he efficient and skilled with all of his filming equipment and processes, but he also worked with our students and staff in a friendly way that made everyone feel comfortable. He has a teacher's spirit, and took the time to explain things in a way that brought out our best when the cameras started rolling. The final product -- a series of three short films about our organization, programs, and students -- went above and beyond our expectations. The style, tone, and quality of the films reflects masterful shooting and editing work. We provide pricing guidelines for various packages and levels of work but since all work is custom, it should always be a discussion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a series of questions that is part of a process that assists the client through the various steps from pre production through post. The process provides open communication and feedback though various proofs. The ned result is we wan to make are the client's voice is heard throughout the message.
