- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No dollar amount is required up front with the exception of the cost of materials. For example, if the job will be $1500 and the materials needed cost $1000, the cost of the materials will be paid by the customer at the beginning of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and first impressions are very important. We will meet and listen to your needs and desires and if permitted, supply you with a completed job that you will be satisfied with and continue to love for time to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of hands on experience. If i'm not sure how to accomplish the task, on my dime, I will bring in someone who can and will.
