I feel like I stand out from the average draftsman/architect because I have actually built and remodeled many houses. I give my designs a lot of thought in regards to the structural aspect as well as furniture placement, adequate storage, and so much more. Most people don't always know all the steps of new construction, so it is a pleasure to share my prior experience with them. I hope to have the opportunity to prove myself to you as well!
