FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we have talked and I have a clear idea of what you wanting to do, I will get a materials cost list together so we can both see the price of materials. Then I will provide a separate section for my labor cost - so you can clearly see how much you are paying me and how much you are paying for materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to talk first and get to know you and all aspects of your project. Typically a phone call will be followed up by an on-site meeting. After the meeting give me some time to put the materials cost and labor quotes back to you and then we can decide on project dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Level 1B Certified Residential Building Inspector Licensed Real Estate Agent 7 years of experience in engineering field - designing and inspecting commercial and residential retaining walls.
